5. Delivery and Shipping
5.1. All products are shipped from independent overseas suppliers. The buyer acknowledges performing a Personal Import and is responsible for any applicable customs duty, VAT, and local import taxes in their delivery country.
5.2. Force majeure events (strikes, severe weather, logistics interruptions, or security restrictions) release the Website management from liability for shipping delays.
5.3. Shipping Rates & Times:
* Express Shipping: 7–14 business days.
* Standard Shipping Fee: 29 USD (single package).
* Free Shipping: Orders over 500 USD (single package).
5.4. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. If an order is canceled after dispatch, the customer pays return shipping costs to the designated address.

7. Cancellations Before Shipment
7.1. Pre-dispatch cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@lux-dresses.com.
7.2. Approved refunds for pre-dispatch cancellations will be processed within 14 days, subject to a statutory administration / cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 USD (whichever is lower).
8. Cancellations After Shipment & Returns
8.1. Post-dispatch cancellation/return requests must be submitted to info@lux-dresses.com within 48 hours of product receipt. Cancellations/returns requested after 48 hours will not be accepted.
8.2. Items must be shipped back within 3 days of submitting the cancellation notice, entirely at the customer's expense.
8.3. Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8.4. Refunds (minus the 5% or 100 USD processing fee) will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.
9. Defective Goods or Discrepancies
9.1. Customers must inspect products immediately upon receipt. Defective or non-conforming items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via email to info@lux-dresses.com with detailed descriptions and photographic evidence.
10. Cancellation by the Website Management
10.1. LUX FASHION LTD reserves the right to cancel any order or transaction due to force majeure, technical errors, stock outages, or pricing/description errors. Full refunds will be issued in such cases without further compensation.
