1.3. These Terms of Use are written in the masculine form for convenience only and apply equally to females.

1.4. The provisions of these Terms apply to any Action performed by you on the Website and constitute the legal basis for any matter between you and the Website management. Browsing and/or performing any Action on the Website constitutes your agreement to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

1.5. Any person performing an Action on the Website declares that they are aware of and accept these Terms, and shall have no claim against the Website owners or operators except for claims regarding the breach of explicit obligations under these Terms.

1.7. The user agrees that computer logs regarding Actions performed through the Website shall serve as prima facie evidence of their correctness.

1.8. The Website management bears no direct liability for items sold on the site. Its role is solely as an intermediary selling products from independent overseas suppliers to consumers. Images and drawings on the Website are for illustrative purposes only.

1.9. The Website does not hold physical stock of the models or clothing displayed online.

1.10. While every effort is made to ensure information accuracy, errors may occur in good faith, and no liability is assumed for such errors.

1.11. The Website management may update product and shipping prices at any time without prior notice.

1.12. Promotions, discounts, and benefits may be modified or terminated at any time without prior notice.

1.13. These terms apply to access via any computer, mobile device, or communication network.

1.14. There is no guarantee that Website prices are lower than physical point-of-sale prices.

2.1. Anyone meeting the following cumulative conditions may make purchases:

3.2. Each item displays an action page showing its description and sale price.

3.3. To place an order, select size, color, quantity, and fill in personal details (name, address, email, phone, credit card). Accurate details are mandatory for successful delivery.

3.4. Transaction approval occurs after credit card verification. An email confirmation will be sent within up to 72 hours of approval.

3.6. Email notifications alone do not constitute proof of transaction completion; computer logs serve as evidence.

3.7–3.10. Credit card charges occur after the Action is completed. Providing false details is a criminal offense. If a card is declined, the user must contact customer service to complete payment. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled.

3.11. Item availability depends on overseas supplier stock. If an item is out of stock, the transaction will be canceled and the customer refunded.

3.12. The Website management reserves the right to block users who violate rules or disrupt operations.

4.1. Sales follow a standard fixed-price model.

4.2. Users may opt to complete credit card payment by phone via customer service.

5.1. All products are shipped from independent overseas suppliers. The buyer acknowledges performing a Personal Import and is responsible for any applicable customs duty, VAT, and legal import taxes.

5.2–5.4. Delivery is made to addresses in Israel. Force majeure events (strikes, security restrictions) release the Website management from delay liability.

7.1–7.3. Cancellations are governed by the Consumer Protection Law. Pre-dispatch cancellations requested via email will be refunded within 14 days, subject to a statutory cancellation fee of 5% or 100 USD (whichever is lower).

8.1. Post-dispatch cancellation requests must be submitted within 48 hours of product receipt. Cancellations are not accepted after 48 hours.

9.1. Customers must inspect products upon receipt. Defective or non-conforming items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via email.

10.1–10.5. Transactions may be canceled due to force majeure, technical glitches, stock outages, or pricing/description errors. Full refunds will be issued in such cases.

11.1–11.7. The Website management is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Total liability is capped at the purchase price of the specific product. No responsibility is assumed for improper washing or usage contrary to manufacturer instructions.

12.1–12.9. All intellectual property, graphics, code, and content belong exclusively to the Website owners. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

13.1–13.31. Personal details are collected with user consent for order fulfillment and marketing. Payment processing uses PCI-DSS compliance. Cookies are used for operation and analytics. Users retain rights to inspect or amend data per Privacy Protection Laws.
